*Throw in your favourite Crue c.d. and turn it up as loud as it goes.(we suggest Greatest Hits)
1. Box Jumps (30 inch box)
2. Explosive Push Ups
3. Supine Ring Rows
4. Kettle Bell Swings (55 lbs. KB)
5. Sit Ups
6. Push Press (95 lbs.)
7. Dumbell Walking Lunges (35 lbs. DB's)
8. Wall Ball (20 lbs. MB)
9. Supermans
10. Burpees
Complete 35 reps at each exercise before moving to the next one. On the walking lunges perform 16 reps per leg. See how fast you can get it done and post times to comments. Anything under 25 min. is good and under 20 min. is a great time. Good Luck!
Hey AJ just completed the Motley Crue workout, sure needed the tunes to get me through a couple of those exercises.. Was a great workout and just what I needed to get a good sweat after 3 days snowboarding in Whistler.. ha ha ha.. needless to say there was a lot of sweat flowin... So i completed it in just under 22 mins, but am motivated to get under that 20 min goal...

ReplyDeletewell I'm coming after you.... 19:05 today, and modified it a little, did bench press at 135 lbs.... 80% my body weight instead of the push ups... Felt there was already push ups in the Burpee's and this added a little more heavy weight.....

1 arm cable curls x 15
2 arm body weight curls with TRX x 12 reps
2 arm tricep press downs x 15
2 arm TRX body weight o head Tricep extensions X 12
alright, alright, I like the bench but I don't know about the gun show. I'll try it again with the bench @ 80% of body weight I'll use 175 lbs.
